Get ready for a myUFL system upgrade
HR/Payroll Upgrade will “go live” on September 4

HR upgrade
The upgrade of the myUFL human resources and payroll systems—which include time and labor, ePAF, and payroll distributions—is scheduled to “go live” on September 4. 

Employee Education Program accepting applications for summer semesters
The Employee Education Program (EEP) is a popular benefit available to eligible UF faculty and staff. The program provides tuition assistance for up to six credit hours of eligible college-level courses per semester. In the summer, a combined total of six credits taken during semesters A, B and C may be covered by the EEP.

Lynda.com contract renewed
Online training site provides free access to more than 1,300 courses

After a review of usage and feedback, UF’s lynda.com contract will be renewed and sustained by funding provided from UF Information Technology. 

Alternate Work Location Agreements due for renewal by July 2
The university permits employees to work at an alternate work site, provided that the working arrangement benefits both the organization and the employee.

Leadership Development participants announced for the 2012-2013 academic year
The following UF faculty and staff have been selected for the university’s Leadership Development programs for the 2012-2013 academic year. 

Effort Reporting courses illuminate fundamentals and best practices
Two new sessions are now available to support Effort Reporting at the University of Florida.

Kids bowl free all summer long in the Reitz Union Game Room
Area children looking for something to do this summer now have a new option. The Reitz Union Game Room is teaming up with Kids Bowl Free to give away games of bowling to children 15 and younger until Aug. 17.
UF employees may now purchase 2012 football tickets
The 2012 Gator football season is right around the corner, and UF employees are permitted to purchase two season tickets at $280 per ticket with no booster contribution requirement.
