|This April, UF will introduce a new workflow and open a new online system for its annual promotion and tenure process. Online Promotion & Tenure, or “OPT,” will employ the myUFL system for uploading, reviewing, tracking and signing-off on all promotion, tenure and/or permanent status packets produced by faculty candidates.
The Employee Education Program (EEP) is a popular benefit available to eligible UF faculty and staff. The program provides tuition assistance for up to six credit hours of eligible college-level courses per semester. In the summer, a combined total of six credits taken during semesters A, B and C may be covered by the EEP.

Annual performance appraisals are designed to document and summarize feedback that employees have received throughout the year. In light of the recent phishing scams plaguing UF, it is important to consider the effect weak passwords have on data privacy. If you respond to a link in a phishing email, not only can you potentially be coaxed into giving away important passwords—you may expose your laptop, phone or computer to malware and other types of intrusions.
Two courses in University Retirement’s financial planning series will be held in Room 120 of the HRS Building next month. To register, login to myUFL and navigate to Main Menu > My Self Service > Request Training Enrollment.
