Employees whose marriages are legally recognized in Florida as of Jan. 6, 2015—including legal marriages performed outside the state of Florida—have been granted a qualifying status change event window from Tuesday, Jan. 6, through Friday, March 6, to enroll in a state of Florida family plan.
