Beginning this summer, the UF On Target Classification Project will begin working with departments to provide a comprehensive review and update of UF staff classifications. Reviewing your employees’ position descriptions to ensure they are an accurate reflection of the work they do will help build a solid foundation for the process throughout the upcoming year.
In April, UF Classification and Compensation will be contacting units throughout the university to notify them if any of their employees are missing position descriptions. Campus HR representatives should be on the lookout for an email from a Classification and Compensation representative alerting them to any updates that need to be made.
