Nominate a Champion for Change

nominate a champion for changeDo you know an individual or group that has made an impact in the areas of sustainability or health and well-being during their time at UF? Nominate them for the 2016 Champions for Change Awards program! This year’s winners will be recognized at the annual Campus Earth Day Celebration on Wednesday, April 6.
Staff, faculty and students are all eligible for this awards program, and nominations can be made in either category:

  • Sustainability (which can encompass efforts made in the areas of waste reduction, water/energy conservation, social equity, outreach/engagement, academics, green teams, etc.)
  • Health and Well-being (which includes efforts made in the areas of physical, social, spiritual or emotional well-being)

Nominations are judged based upon the uniqueness of the achievement, the level of effort required, the commitment to sustaining the achievement, and the significance for personal growth or the impact of the achievement on the UF community. Self-nominations are accepted!
