get resources to thriveEach quarter of 2016, the UF-UF Health Shands Wellness Committee, along with GatorCare, focuses on a different wellness topic. This quarter, titled Thrive, focuses on emotional wellness including managing stress and depression, sleep hygiene, positive psychology, happiness and more!

Highlights include:

  • 30-Day Strive to Thrive Challenge, open April-June
  • Mindful Body Scan Meditations, four sessions at various locations during the month of April
  • Wellness Wednesday presentations on stress, depression and sleep, first Wednesday of the month, see below for details
  • A Seven Day Sleep Challenge, June
