New process for scheduling fingerprinting appointments

Effective March 21, UF applicants and employees can schedule fingerprinting appointments for FBI or 435 Livescans with Human Resource Services online, using the Appointment Plus system. Candidates can simply select a convenient time, then create an account in the system to complete the scheduling. Candidates will receive an email reminder and, if requested, a text message reminder prior to the appointment.

Appropriate department contacts (e.g. department HR liaisons or youth activity coordinators) will still need to submit either a Background Screening Request form or a Background Screening Request for Summer Camps and Youth Activities form to Human Resources prior to applicants making an appointment.
