tobacco cessationUF employees enjoy a variety of benefits, but there is one that many employees may not realize is available at the touch of their fingertips.  For those who smoke, dip or use e-cigarettes or any other form of tobacco/nicotine, UF offers free, convenient help to quit.

The UF AHEC Program provides employees with tools that more than double their chances to quit successfully…and all at no charge.  This includes the support of a caring, well-trained tobacco cessation facilitator; materials to help identify and deal successfully with challenges along the way; and up to four weeks’ worth of free nicotine replacement products, such as patches, lozenges, and gum.  With a quick phone call, employees can access these free services and start on the path to a tobacco-free life.  To find out more, call (352) 265-9569.
