Human Resource Services has recently updated the job data correction request form, available on the forms page of the HRS website. Administrators should be sure to read carefully as they complete the form, as there are new requirements.


Misrouted Health Insurance Marketplace notices should be forwarded to the UF Benefits Office

Employees are asked to provide their employer’s address when they apply for health insurance coverage from the Healthcare Marketplace. UF employees should use the correct UF mailing address to avoid delays with their application. The correct address to use is: University Benefits, University of Florida, 903 W. University Ave, Gainesville, FL 32601.

PrintSmart reminds users to be wary of toner scams

UF departments continue to be victimized by telemarketers presenting themselves as Xerox representatives selling toner for their PrintSmart device. Please note that this is a scam. Xerox will never call and solicit information in order to send supplies.
