Employees may consent to receive W-2 and 1095-C forms electronically

Employees who have not already done so may consent to receive their Form W-2 electronically rather than by mail by logging into the myUFLsystem and navigating to: My Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent.

Employees who consent to electronic delivery may retrieve their W-2 earlier in January than would receive a printed form, which is mailed on Jan. 31.

For more information, please visit the Payroll and Tax Services section of the Finance and Accounting’s website.

Employees may also elect to have their 1095-C form provided electronically.  If you did not elect this option during Open Enrollment, you may still do so by logging on to PeopleFirst.  Access the Contact Information screen under Employee Information > Personal Information > Contact Information.  From this screen you may select/edit your notification email and mark the check box for the 1095-C form to be sent electronically.  If you do not elect electronic delivery, Form 1095-C will be mailed to the mailing address of record in PeopleFirst in early 2017.

Please note that the electronic delivery option applies only to State of Florida health plans; GatorCare health insurance plan participants reporting forms will be sent by postal mail.
