Survey to determine employee satisfaction with People First: Make your voice heard

Between Monday, March 6, and Friday, March 17, the State of Florida’s Department of Management Services will email a survey to 25,000 randomly selected active and retired state employees to determine satisfaction with the state’s benefits administrator, People First. The survey will be emailed from “DMS Survey Comments <noreply@dms.myflorida.com>” and will include a link to a Survey Monkey survey with no email attachments.

The state is conducting the survey to determine the effectiveness of the People First system and the People First Service Center, and to give employees and retirees an opportunity to provide feedback.

The deadline to respond is Friday, March 17, and employees are encouraged to respond quickly and openly about their experiences.
