UF Mindfulness Day 2017
The third annual UF Mindfulness Day will be held on Monday, Sept. 25, at the J. Wayne Reitz Union. The many scheduled presenters include keynote speaker Dr. Glenn Hartelius, director of the Integral and Transpersonal Psychology Program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, and special guest Yogi Amrit Desai, founder of the Amrit Yoga Institute. Learn healthy coping strategies to manage the stresses of life. Information about the physical impact of stress will be provided, and progressive muscle relaxation will be practiced during the session.
