Free group fitness classes available this fall

Free group classes are open to all faculty, staff and graduate assistants at a variety of locations throughout campus. The fall schedule is provided below. Click class titles for details.

Pilates

Saturdays from 9:45–11:15 a.m., Tanglewood Village Commons Room, 2919 SW 13th Street (begins Sept. 9)

Yoga

Tuesdays from 12:15–1 p.m., Ustler Hall Atrium (second floor), 162 Fletcher Drive

Zumba

Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:20–6:20 p.m., Cancer & Genetics Research Complex, Room 451, 2033 Mowry Road

NEW! Thursdays from 5:30–6:15 p.m., Reitz Union, Multicultural & Diversity Affairs, Room 2201, 655 Reitz Union Drive (begins Sept. 14)
