Focus on food for better health

This fall, UFHR’s Wellness Wednesday presentations focus on ways to improve your nutritional habits for better overall health.

In October, Julie England, UF IFAS Family and Consumer Sciences extension agent, and Wendy Dahl, associate professor in the Department of Food Science & Human Nutrition, spoke about the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet and how to incorporate the diet into your everyday life. Watch the recording and find a PDF of the their presentation.

You can also find a wide array of Wellness Wednesday recordings on diet and nutrition topics ranging from raising a healthy eater to deciphering probiotics on the WorkLife at UF website’s media library.
