Employee Education Program’s new-and-improved application system just in time for summer

The Employee Education Program (EEP) is a popular benefit available to eligible UF faculty and staff, providing tuition assistance for up to six credit hours of eligible college-level courses per semester. In the summer, a combined total of six credits taken during semesters A, B and C may be covered by the EEP.

To support UF’s commitment to sustainability and innovation, the EEP application has transitioned from paper-based to a more secure and efficient online process using OnBase from Hyland Software. As of the summer 2018 semester, OnBase will provide a secure centrally located and easy-to-use system for the online EEP application.

As with all online activity, please be aware of phishing attempts that may appear to come from OnBase. Be sure to:

  • Place the mouse pointer over the link and inspect the web address the URL before clicking a link in an email. If you are suspicious of the web address, do not click on it.
  • Report phishing attempts by forwarding suspicious emails to abuse@ufl.edu.

For program participation requirements, eligibility and application deadlines, visit the EEP section of the HR website. For questions about the program, contact Kenya Williams, UF Training and Organizational Development, via email or at (352) 273-1761.
