A series of Guided Relaxation Sessions for faculty and staff will be offered in May throughout campus. Guided relaxation is a gentle introduction to stress management through meditation. This practice also helps you become more in tune with your body, which can in turn lead to healthier decisions about eating, sleep and exercise.

A Physical Plant for the 21st century
