Faculty and staff to receive 1.5 percent salary increase effective Jan. 1

Earlier this year, President Fuchs announced a salary increase plan for University of Florida faculty and staff. Under this program, faculty, postdoctoral associates and staff who were hired on or before June 30, 2016, will receive a 1.5 percent across-the-board salary increase effective Jan. 1, 2017.

Future of new federal overtime rules uncertain

UF Coral Gables consolidates services in Miami-Dade County

To consolidate some of the current activities there, a new office will open in Coral Gables in early spring 2017.

Nominations open for faculty university committees, boards and councils
