Chimay Anumba: Seeking even greater heights for DCP through collaboration and innovation

Chimay Anumba first visited the University of Florida in the fall of 2006 to undertake a nine-month sabbatical with the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management. Ten years later, his colleagues in the Rinker School recruited the internationally recognized scholar back to UF, this time to serve as dean of the College of Design, Planning and Construction. Having served for eight years as professor and chair of the department of architectural engineering at Penn State, he joined UF in August to assume his new role.

Do you create Word docs and PDFs that end up online? You may think of ADA and accessibility laws as relating to only physical spaces—ensuring that those who utilize devices for mobility can access buildings. But federal ADA compliance covers much more, including the ability to read all online documentation needed for university success.
