Nominate your colleagues, including Shands employees, for a Superior Accomplishment Award

UF’s 2020 Superior Accomplishment Awards program nomination period runs now through Oct. 31.

Celebrating its 31st year, the awards program recognizes faculty and staff who have contributed outstanding service in their fields during the prior academic year. We are excited to announce that for the first time this year, Shands employees are also eligible to be nominated in a new Shands Employment category.

Division-level winners of the Superior Accomplishment Awards receive $200 along with a certificate of appreciation and university memento. Each division winner is then eligible for one of eight university-level awards of $2,000 each or one of eight $1,000 Special Recognition Awards. In addition, each overall category university-level winner and a guest will be invited to attend a UF football game in the President’s Box next season.

Winners will be selected in nine categories: Clerical/Office Support, Support Services, Scientific/Technical, Administrative/Supervisory, Administrative/Professional, Academic Personnel, Shands Employment, Diversity & Inclusion in the Workplace, and Community Service.
