How do you make healthcare decisions?

Researchers in the UF Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering are seeking your participation in a survey investigating how people make health insurance enrollment decisions. By participating in this online survey, you may qualify for a follow-up in-lab study at the University of Florida that will pay $50 dollars.

To participate you must be:

  • A University of Florida employee
  • Eligible for employee health benefits

The survey will take 10-15 minutes. You may skip any question that you do not wish to answer, and you will not be asked to disclose any medical conditions or other health-related information.
