TEAMS leave cash-out opportunity available through Nov. 12
Each year, UF TEAMS employees have the opportunity to cash out up to 16 hours of vacation leave before the holiday season, provided a minimum balance of 40 hours remains on balance. This year’s leave cash-out period is underway and runs through November 12.
This annual program is made possible through UF’s fringe benefit pool, which means funds are not charged directly to departments, but are taken from pooled funds assessed during the previous fiscal year and based on all employees who are eligible for the cash-out.
