Celebrate Fulbright Awareness Month now through April 18
The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the U.S. and other countries.
The UF International Center is pleased to announce that Fulbright Awareness Month will be celebrated through April 18. In collaboration with the UF Fulbright Lectures Committee, UF Honors, the Graduate School, College of Arts, UF/IFAS, the Dial Center for Written and Oral Communications, the College of Journalism and Communications and the North Florida Fulbright Alumni Association, multiple informational sessions for UF faculty, staff, students and scholars will provide opportunities to learn about the Fulbright application process and hear about the experiences of past Fulbright scholars and students.
Additionally, this year’s information sessions for faculty and students interested in applying for the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program will be led by Michelle Bolourchi, Outreach and Recruitment specialist of the Fulbright Scholar Program at the Institute of International Education in Washington, D.C.
