Employees wishing to take college courses through the EEP during the fall semester are encouraged to visit the program website for more information.

Take advantage of new 457b Roth payroll contributions

UF employees, including part-time and OPS employees, are now able to participate in a 457b Roth payroll contribution option to save for retirement through the Florida Deferred Compensation Plan. These payroll contributions are made on a post-tax basis and give you more flexibility when it comes to meeting your retirement income goals and securing a financial future. Employees with a 457b pre-tax option may contribute to both accounts in the same year.
