Additional details about UF’s 2019-20 Pay Program

The university will implement a 1-percent across-the-board increase for all eligible employees and has created an aggregate increase pool of 2 percent to be used for market and merit in amounts that may range from zero to more than 2 percent. Additionally, the minimum wage will increase from $13 to $14 per hour, effective Oct. 1, 2019.
Announcing UF’s 2019–2020 Pay Program

Effective Oct. 1, 2019, for employees on payroll as of June 30, 2019, the university will implement a 1-percent across-the-board salary increase and an additional 2-percent salary increase pool for merit and market-based increases based on criteria established by colleges and units. Additionally, the university’s minimum wage for TEAMS employees will increase from $13 to $14 per hour, also effective Oct. 1.
Department Wellness Fund applications now open

Beginning this month through the end of August, University of Florida and UF Health departments may apply for one of 10 Department Wellness Fund awards of up to $500 to support health and wellness initiatives in their area.
