Apply now for 2022-23 Leadership Development programs

Faculty and staff are invited to apply for the 2022-2023 UF Academy and Advanced Leadership for Academics and Professionals (ALAP) programs now through May 2. Applications for the Managers Cohort, which is offered as a supplemental program for those completing the Supervisory Challenge, will also be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

For the academic year 2022-2023, ALAP participants will meet in person. The UF Academy and Managers Cohort will offer a hybrid format featuring both a virtual and in-person approach.

UF faculty interested in learning how to make their courses more equitable and accessible are encouraged to register for the Disability Resource Center’s Beyond Access workshop on March 10. Presenters will review the social model of disability, academic and testing accommodations, and assistive technology.
