Share a message of gratitude to be entered to win two tickets to the UF vs. LSU game

As part of the Day of Gratitude celebration, share your message of gratitude for a UF colleague or team, tag us on Twitter @UFatWork and we’ll enter you into a drawing to win two tickets to the UF vs. LSU football game on Oct. 15!

This year’s UF vs. LSU game is extra special, as it will be the inaugural Tom Petty Day, in which UF and the Tom Petty Estate will collaborate on a capsule collection to benefit local Gainesville charities.

Who would you like to recognize for never backing down? It could be a coworker who went the extra mile to help you when the pandemic started. Or maybe a team or department at UF stepped up to the plate and provided invaluable service to you and/or your unit. Now’s the time you can show your gratitude!

How to enter the contest:

  • The contest is open to all UF faculty and staff
  • All posts must be shared on Twitter on Oct. 12 and include:
    • Who you are grateful for – an individual or a unit/department at UF (tag them if you can!)
    • Why you are grateful to them
    • Tag @UFatWork in your post

Ground rules:

Only messages submitted between 12 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 12 will be eligible to be entered to win the tickets. Only one winner will be randomly selected to win the two tickets to the UF vs. LSU game on Oct. 15. The winner will be notified by Oct. 14 via e-mail. Only one post per person will be entered to the contest; however, you are encouraged to share as many messages of gratitude as you wish.
