Summer Plunge offers opportunity to serve

The Brown Center for Leadership and Service is offering an opportunity to serve the Gainesville community through its annual Summer Plunge Day of Service. Summer Plunge is a day when volunteers provide services to a variety of organization sites throughout the Gainesville community.

Volunteers can participate in a range of activities, including working with animals, working with the elderly, alleviating environmental issues and more. The event will take place on July 23 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
