The next Research Administration & Financials Training (RAFT) Forum will be held Oct. 12 and will cover the basics of information security and data categorization (collecting, transmitting, processing and storing), contractual obligations vs. regulations, UFIT solutions for research computing needs, and budgeting for research computing and IT security. The forum is designed to create a bridge between the core offices and the UF research community. Sessions cover special topics of interest while providing an open channel for solutions, contacts and information targeted to the needs of UF sponsored programs. No registration is required.
