Begin preparing for the transition to myUF Marketplace today
On Oct. 28, 2019, UF will introduce a new single procure-to-pay system designed to streamline processes for our faculty and staff.
A joint initiative of the Division of Finance and Accounting and UF Procurement Services, myUF Marketplace will streamline processes currently completed via two systems, myUF Market and myUF Payment Solutions, into one integrated solution using the myUF Market platform.
You can begin preparing for the transition to myUF Marketplace now, including by requesting the “UF_N_MKT_REQUESTOR” or “UF_N_MKT_FINANCIAL_APPROVER” role if you do not already have either.
Additionally, there will be in-person hands-on training sessions (“PST082 myUF Marketplace Overview”) on Oct. 15, 21 and 22 and a virtual session for remote employees (those off of main campus or outside Gainesville) on Oct. 23. Learn more here. There will also be just-in-time training at go-live and an updated full course available later this year.
Because the UFFPA is going away, all AP processors will need to take the UFF Fund Administrator Training (“ADV006: Fund Administrator Training”) if you have not already done so.
