Free yoga class resumes in September

Weekly yoga classes for faculty and staff return to the Ustler Hall Atrium on Tuesday, Sept. 3. This free lunchtime class, held from 12:15 to 1 p.m. each Tuesday, is designed to release tension and decrease common muscular imbalances and is open to all levels of experience. No registration is necessary.

The class is led by Kim Holton, lecturer in the UF Department of Health Education and Behavior. Holton has completed teacher trainings through Sivananda, Nosara and the Kundalini Research Institute and received her certification in yoga nidra through the Amrit Yoga Institute.
