TEAMS employees and UF leaders now have access to a tool to help them keep better track of both their own and, in the case of leaders, their employees’ performance on a more regular basis. Performance Notes, a new module in the myUFL system, is designed to support the UF Engaged initiative by providing improved tracking of performance to help facilitate more regular, meaningful conversations between leaders and TEAMS employees.
TEAMS employees may access Performance Notes to track their own performance by logging into the myUFL system and navigating to:
Main Menu > Human Resources > Self Service > UF Engaged > Maintain Performance Notes
UF leaders who wish to track their TEAMS employees’ performance will use a different navigation to “Manager Self Service” rather than “Self Service” when tracking their employees’ performance:
Main Menu > Human Resources > Manager Self Service > UF Engaged > Maintain Performance Notes
Why use Performance Notes?
Both TEAMS employees and leaders can start tracking achievements and goals now to prepare for Quarterly Check-ins that will begin this fall. Information entered in Performance Notes will only be viewable to the person entering it, providing a personal tracking tool to refer to and share when it comes time for Quarterly Check-ins.
