Spring, summer wellness activities designed to foster mental and emotional wellness

From April through June, UF-UF Health Wellness and GatorCare are offering a host of resources and programs designed to promote emotional wellness—including tools and information to reduce stress, lift depression, improve sleep hygiene and foster the mind-body connection. Opportunities include:

  • Wellness Wednesday presentations on active listening and mindfulness
  • A lunch and learn group viewing challenge
  • A way to inspire random acts of kindness in your office
  • A sleep challenge in June and more
