Holiday leave cash-out period runs Nov. 10–20

Each year, full-time UF TEAMS employees are eligible to cash out up to 16 hours of vacation leave ahead of the holiday season. This year’s leave cash-out period runs from Monday, Nov. 10, through Thursday, Nov. 20. Eligible participants will receive the cash-out payment in their Nov. 26 paycheck.

Due to payroll closing early, TEAMS leave cash-out hours must be entered no later than midnight on Nov. 17 and approved by the supervisor no later than 10 a.m. on Nov. 18. Departments are responsible for ensuring that no more than 16 hours are cashed out and that 40 hours remain post-deduction.
