HealthStreet, in partnership with #352Creates, will be hosting a day of mindfulness and creativity on Friday, Aug. 10. Mindfulness is the ability to be present and fully aware of experiences in the moment in which they are occurring. Practicing mindfulness relieves stress, boosts memory and improves focus. Activities will include adult coloring, yoga and kids’ activities including face painting and spirographs.
