Psychology and Aging: An Integrated Approach to Care

Thursday, April 11, 2–3 p.m.
Hilton University of Florida Conference Center
1714 SW 34th St.
Gainesville, FL 32607

Aging can bring many changes — some desired, some not. Some of these changes are considered medical and others are not. Often, health care focuses primarily on medical changes, with limited time and support for patients and families to manage the many social and psychological challenges these changes can create. Learn how UF Health Senior Care is incorporating biopsychosocial health care to improve quality of life, family caregiving, coping with chronic disease, social isolation, driving, independence, insomnia, memory, anxiety, sexuality and end-of-life care.

The event is free and open to the public, and registration is required to attend. To learn more and register, visit: https://ufhealth.org/events/power-healthy-aging-community-seminar-series-gainesville
