Join the UF Diabetes Institute and the College of Public Health and Health Professions for a World Diabetes Day event.

Opening remarks will be delivered by the American Diabetes Association’s 2016 President of Medicine & Science Desmond Schatz. Ronny Bell, the chair of Public Health at Eastern Carolina University and a leading expert in health disparities in type 2 diabetes, will give a keynote address called “Challenges & Opportunities in Achieving Diabetes Health Equity.”

This event is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be provided. This event is worth 1 AMA CME credit.
