Postharvest lab research targets fruit quality and shelf life

The UF/IFAS Indian River Research and Education Center’s Postharvest Technology lab, led by Mark Ritenour, Ph.D., is researching how to reduce strawberry and blueberry decay and improve overall quality during the postharvest process.
