PrintSmart reminds users to be wary of toner scams

UF departments continue to be victimized by telemarketers presenting themselves as Xerox representatives selling toner for their PrintSmart device. Please note that this is a scam. Xerox will never call and solicit information in order to send supplies.

If you receive a call, hang up immediately. If you receive a suspicious fax or supply order, do not sign the fax document and refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.
