Learn more about UF Engaged at Sept. 10 Town Hall

Beginning this October, UF staff and their leaders will begin engaging in more regular conversations about performance when UFHR formally launches UF Engaged, a new approach to staff appraisals. On Sept. 10, UFHR will host a town hall for leaders and staff employees who are interested in learning more about this new approach. The session will include a demo of the system supporting the new appraisal process, highlight best practices to smooth the transition and provide time for questions and answers.

The UF Engaged Town Hall will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. in the Chamber at the Reitz Union. No registration is necessary. Those unable to attend in person are invited to join in online via Mediasite. Want to ask your question ahead of time? You can email your questions to UFEngaged@hr.ufl.edu.

UF Engaged is designed to provide staff with more regular feedback rather than once-a-year evaluations. More information about the initiative—including frequently asked questions and resources to support both staff employees and their leaders—may be found on the UFHR website at hr.ufl.edu/uf-engaged.
