New program brings preeminence in Latin American arts to UF

The UF Center for Latin American Studies will establish a Latin American Artist/Writer in Residence program thanks to a generous donation from the Kislak Family Foundation. The program will support a semester-long residency for an eminent writer or artist, with the purpose of exposing the campus community and Gainesville residents to creative works of art and literature.
