  • UF’s Employee Assistance Program offers employees — including graduate assistants — and their household members someone to talk to 24/7.
  • UF’s Mental Health Services Access Line connects UF and UF Health faculty and staff as well as their families to Gainesville-area mental health services best suited to their needs.
  • Our Introduction to Mindfulness workshop is available to groups and departments upon request; email worklife@hr.ufl.edu.
