“The list goes on and on and on,” says Irene Estores, MD, director of UF Health Integrative Medicine. “So it’s time to press the reset button.”
In her 20-minute presentation, “Pressing the Reset Button,” Dr. Estores explained the key actions of letting go, letting in and letting be, and how we can integrate these actions into our home and work routines to help navigate uncertainties and stay safe during the pandemic. A 3-minute optional experiential practice ends the session, which was recorded yesterday.
