New resiliency program designed to help you tackle life’s challenges

Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed? According to 2019 Gallup data on emotional states, 55 percent of the population indicated feeling stressed during the day.

A new UFHR Wellness program, Resilient Gators, teaches about resilience and how resilience-building can help you tackle life’s most challenging adversities.

Without the resources and capacities to deal with stress, people can experience negative effects in the form of reduced mental health and well-being. Resilience can help improve your mental strength to see problems from a new perspective and feel emotionally, mentally and physically equipped to solve everyday problems with confidence. This program will offer the right tools and skill sets needed to build up this trait.
