Summer wellness programs focus on supporting your wellness while at work
Each quarter of 2017, the UF and UF Health Wellness Committee, along with GatorCare, focuses on a different wellness topic. This quarter focuses on wellness at work. Highlights include:
- Ways to energize your day:
- Bring wellness to your next staff meeting by requesting a 10-minute presentation that reviews wellness opportunities available to employees; email UFHR Health Promotion Specialist Kim Holton to schedule
- Request a meditative coloring kit for your department’s breakroom
