On Friday, Jan. 22, UF Human Resource Services hosted its first “Windows to Wellness” health and wellness fair at Emerson Alumni Hall. Approximately 350 employees attended the event, which featured health screenings, wellness and financial planning workshops, healthy refreshments—including fresh citrus from UF’s Horticulture Department, a “sold-out” lunch-and learn with UF Health & Human Performance alumna and wellness expert Fitz Kohler, chair massages and information from a wide variety of campus organizations.
Among those in attendance were Vice President and CFO Mike McKee and Vice President and Associate Provost Zina Evans, who helped out with the Healthy Cooking demonstration. To view more pictures from the event, please see the slide show.
