  • Individuals interested in the Down Payment Assistance Program (DPA), which provides funding to eligible homebuyers to buy a home within the City limits of Gainesville, must complete an in-person Homebuyer Education and Training Workshop. The City of Gainesville will host its next workshop on Sept. 18 at 9 a.m.
