Have you provided consent to receive your W-2 electronically?

You can provide consent now to retrieve your W-2 for 2017 electronically in myUFL when it becomes available in January 2018.

Active employees who have not consented in previous years may do so now in myUFL using the navigation:

My Self Service > Payroll and Compensation > W-2/W-2c Consent

Consenting for electronic W-2:

  • Allows you to retrieve your electronic W-2 earlier than the printed forms
  • Results in cost savings (reduced postage, supplies and labor)
  • Furthers UF’s sustainability efforts
  • Provides electronic access to your previous UF W-2s (since 2005)

Most inactive employees maintain access to consent and retrieve their W-2s electronically, based on having another UF affiliation.  Printed W-2s for inactive employees who have not provided electronic consent will be mailed on Jan. 31, 2018, to the last known mailing address in the UF Directory.  Former employees may also update their mailing address with Human Resource Services using the online request form.

For questions regarding your W-2 consent, please contact University Payroll and Tax Services at (352)392-1231 or taxhelp@admin.ufl.edu.
