The online nomination time period for the 2018 Prudential Productivity Awards program, which honors state employees each year, has been extended to Sunday, Dec. 31. In addition to honoring innovative and cost-saving accomplishments, the awards program recognizes the measurable contributions, increased productivity and added value of individuals and teams.
Individuals and teams are eligible for nominations, which are accepted every fall. Award winners are announced in the spring.
More than 300 University of Florida employees have been recognized since the awards program was established in 1989. Last awards season, winners were featured on the myUFL Splash Page and in the June UF at Work issue.
