Providing meaningful feedback plays a crucial role in employee engagement, performance and retention, and check-ins are expected to be completed by all supervisors and staff by April 30. To facilitate the feedback process, leaders and employees are encouraged to explore available UF Engaged resources, including how-to guides and a recently launched course on creating effective goals.
