Whole grains are a great source of carbohydrates, nutrients and dietary fiber. But which grain is right for you? Join UF/IFAS Extension faculty tomorrow at 6 p.m. to learn about the carbohydrate choice continuum, how to read grain food labels and how to incorporate whole grains into your diet. As part of this session, you’ll learn how to prepare delicious banana oatmeal pancakes.
